Makes you miss your previous work life

Cons

Was lied to about the benefits, pay and shift before accepting job. Once hired no other company will touch you. If you have any sort of integrity you will not fit in here. There is a very toxic "pencil whipping" culture here and you will be pressured into signing off inspections where there are obvious defects.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are constantly working to improve the Ameriflight workplace, starting with leadership and management and all the way down the line. Our hope is that all of our employees feel safe, appreciated, and valued at our company. We are currently working on ways to make that more apparent across the board. While our aircraft are not brand new, our maintenance teams do an excellent job of taking care of each one. Safety is our #1 priority and we never encourage cutting corners or flying aircraft that are deemed unsafe. We appreciate your feedback.

Pros

Pay is good with good increases, promotions are available, overtime usually available, work keeps you busy and usually goes by fast.

Cons

Disorganized, old fashion way of thinking, not very innovative, stuck in last century which was 20 years ago, paper work is massive.
