Great place for Stick & Rudder

-build multi turbine PIC time -no autopilot, improve stick and rudder skills -current salary is good

Cons

-some maintenance bases are not reliable -long sits during the day between flights -some of the hotels during sits are sub par

Excellent Large Company That Feels Like A Small Company

Pros

Great group of people to work with. Feel like you are more than just a number. Also great getting to work on the aircraft from nose to tail so you aren't stuck doing the same thing every day.

Cons

Pay is not as high as a major airline but the work is consistent and there are plenty of opportunities for overtime and travel to help other bases.
