Pros

The director is a great guy and is an advocate for the specialists. It was a relatively easy job. Good job for somebody right out of college.

Cons

No company culture. Old and Cold atmosphere. Horrible communication, outdated systems. “This is how we’ve always done it” attitude. Turnover rate through the roof in IT and MX, so few things can ever be completed or done correctly. Very old aircraft leading to MX problems and cancellations. Commissions are way below average and the market is very volatile. Do not expect to make 80-100k, more like 50k after taxes. No room for growth. Insurance is bad.

Will definitely make you into a good pilot and prepare you for the next step of your career. Pay has also increased.

Cons

If there were some QOL improvements, I think people would be willing to stay longer.
