Pros

for self motivated techs. Decent life work balance. Paid weekly.

Cons

Manipulated time cards. Assign too much work at times. Revolving management. No bonuses. Working for some customers who were abusive. Management do things that clearly violate company policies.

Not a Good Company

Weekly pay was the only pro

Cons

They fired me for a reason that was complete bs and was easily proven false. During exit interview the rep quickly gave a different reason for firing me which I was specifically told wouldn’t get me fired.
