      Pros

      This year has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding ones of all my time here. The continued growth and process improvements have done wonders for the AFS team. While others may not understand the changes, in my experience these changes are definitely for the better of the team. Working with Senior management knowing that your opinion matters means a lot to me.

      Cons

      Medical benefits are fair, No retirement plan.

      • The approach to fleet maintenance/repair is unique and innovative- its all about providing a compilation of services that solve real problems and improve fleet operations and performance for some of the largest companies in the US. Its a very exciting company to be a part of. • Great leadership team comprised of talented, experienced and energetic experts in their areas. • Focused on doing the right thing always- for our customers and for our employees. • The owners are among the most decent caring people you will ever meet or have the pleasure to work for.

      Cons

      I think we can do a better job of communicating with our folks in the field. This is a big company with great people at all levels, we need to make sure everyone feels valued.
