I have a great team with colleagues of awesome strengths in their own unique ways, with a Manager who trusts and rewards us for the hard work we do and appreciates that we ALL work hard. My work is extremely high volume and at times can feel a bit overwhelming, but I feel my team is given a platform to be able to voice our challenges without judgement, and seek the help we need knowing we'll get support & understanding. I come to work feeling I made the right decision in choosing Amerit. I love how I finally have a sense of work/life balance being able to work from home on some days and still coming in to be with the team on other days. I appreciate this piece of my job as it encourages me to work independently with focus but keeps me looking forward to being with my team on the days that I'm home.

Cons

No cons to list here as we constantly assess here we need improvement. Upper management invites us to share feedback and encourages us to get involved.

Pros

Growing company with lots of opportunities for those that take initiative. The people are what make up any great company and there are lot of very smart, hard working, and amazing people that make up the organization.

Cons

None really...Every company has it's challenges going through substantial growth periods and in finding the right balance, but AFS has done a good job navigating their growth over the past years and are well positioned for substantial ongoing success.

I've Been with Amerit Fleet Solutions for a little over a year, Awesome company to work for. I worked in this field for more then 30years & this is one of the Best Company's I have been with, would highly recommend working for them due to the commitment they have with the clients as well as helping you grow in the field.

Cons

I can't really say much about the downside's of working for this company, it's been a different atmosphere from where I moved from. Wish all places could be like this.
