- Working for founders who are still actively engaged in the business and want the best for the employees - Constant room for growth within the business based on growth and addition of new large customers - Operational leaders that work for the business are the absolute best and work tirelessly to get the job done - High expectations for teams successes but teams are rewarded handsomely for success - We provide a service unavailable in the industry, making our services highly sought after in the largest fleets - My team of leaders and techs are the best in the world bar none

Cons

- 401k match was a downside but that has since been corrected and matching begins next year - Keeping up with growth can be difficult as each support team works to keep up with new demand, but they are working to get caught up

What stood out most was how hands-on and responsive the leadership team is—I never felt like I was on an island. Whether it was help with staffing, navigating client expectations, or just day-to-day questions, someone was always ready to jump in and support. Now, just a few months in, the account is in a great place, the team is clicking, and we’re building something strong. It’s not always easy—but if you’re willing to put in the work, Amerit gives you the tools, support, and trust to succeed. Proud to be part of this team.
