Work life balance is something this company is really passionate about. The leadership team cares about the wellbeing of all of their employees. I appreciate that the leaders trust in the work of their employees as well. I feel like I have the autonomy to take care of the job at hand and it makes me feel empowered that I am trusted to do a great job.

Cons

There is no 401k match which is something that would really go a long way.
