Thank you for the feedback. Ameritas has a history of supporting our communities and we are honored to continue this support year after year. One of our associate's favorite benefits is 8 hour of paid volunteer time a month which we hope everyone is able to utilize at some point at Ameritas. Being a larger organization each of our departments has it's own culture, but we hope that overall our company culture is consistent throughout the organization where our associates feels supported.
