      If you enjoy the Stone Age and being last to bat, Ameritas is for you!

      Pros

      Computer, expense account, nice trips for top producers.... If you ever make it there.

      Cons

      Zero transparency from management. Some people in management have performed poorly in other departments only to be promoted in others. Pay sucks and there are more people taking up space and revenue there than being productive. Oh and if you are young and attractive, you will threaten upper management.

      Pros

      Lots of overtime available, people are friendly and close knit environment

      Cons

      Lots of overtime, inattentive management. While the team leaders and the contact center agents work oodles of hours of mandatory overtime, the Vice President darts out of the office at 430 everyday without fail and takes long lunches
