- Poor in office environment. I worked in 2022 and the company had yet to reopen office after covid. This severely affected my engagement.

In 2022 we did start slowly reopening our offices and initiated our plan of Flex at Ameritas. Our employees have enjoyed this environment but we are always learning as it changes.
