Thank you for leaving a review. Our practice is to encourage employees to bring issues forward that are affecting them at work, so we can help address those concerns. While we appreciate constructive feedback to help us improve, our Standards of Conduct do not condone bullying or harassment of any kind. We believe that our practices have led to our eight (8) workplace excellence awards through third-party anonymous/voluntary employee surveys. These surveys benchmark best practices and show that our team demonstrates high engagement and has high job satisfaction. We continually strive to provide a best-in-class work environment where everyone brings their best work and grows professionally. We are a fully distributed team, enabling our teammates in 13 States (and growing) to live where they wish while having a job they love. To deliver on our high standards and ambitions we provide honest and timely feedback to help our colleagues to do their best work. We act with humility, showing mutual trust and respect. Colleagues are often asked in meetings to provide input, we listen, we learn from one another, and value the diversity of opinions and experiences. The team at Amesite is comprised of talented high performers who are constantly being challenged. We know our environment is not a fit for anyone, but we work to be transparent about our environment, culture, and norms.
