The company is incredibly organized. Resources are abundant and the large size allows multiple avenues of support.

Cons

People typically stay with the company for a while which makes it difficult to move up in your area quickly. Vertical progress is often competitive within a group and sometimes the best way to be promoted is by moving laterally.

Great Benefits but Management is Tough

Great Benefits, yearly bonus, 2 shutdowns per year

Cons

Management is very stingy and chooses favorites. They will not care about how you are being treated or bullying. It is difficult to get promoted especially in the PD department. The managers are also always on top of you of what you are doing every part of the day. The cafeteria food is okay, however, they keep hiking up the prices and it is becoming very unaffordable.
