      Pros

      The people I worked with at Amgen were some of the smartest in the biotech industry. At first, before the black box label issues, the company was very generous. Chips in the breakroom, nice teas, generous travel budget.

      Cons

      After the black box label, the tea was cut, no plants, no chips, and layoffs. Additionally, in 2014 - 2016 they tightened the belt further by closing two sites and getting rid of anyone with history.
