Management and lack of it. Day 2 started with people telling me why did I come here and everyday was something else negative until the day I moved on. Management do not care about you here, its the numbers they want. There is little team work here. You can eat better pay somewhere else. I have worked at bigger and smaller companies and Amgen I’m disappointed to say was the worst.

Over the last year something changed. A lot of people (over 6 coworkers) starting leaving which is unsettling because it makes me wonder if I should get out too. When asked about this, management gave a "stop-the-bleeding" PR response. "Amgen is so good on resumes that our employees are leveraging it to seek jobs in a growing biotech job market"
