      Beautiful campus and facilities, smart people, pay's competitive for employees hired with industry experience. Excellent benefits. Challenging work. Opportunities to move around laterally and learn new areas of the business. Promising pipeline of drugs.

      Cons

      Heavy work load requires careful work life balance. Pay tends to be lower than industry if organically promoted from within. Can get fairly political, especially at mid to upper management levels.

      On great 401k and vacation time. Excellent resources provided for you to learn/become better at your job.

      Cons

      Micro management. Too many things to do that take you away from selling. Too many new people with no oncology experience, so traing and meeting are geared for them; very elementary.
