Excellent company. Company car benefits, Saving scheme and pension benefits.

Cons

Poor talent retention. Few opportunities for inside talents for vacant positions. They prefer to hire external talents. Management and strategy is sometimes uncertain. No shares for MSLs, Salary tend to be in the lower tier compared to other biotechs. Back in 2016-2018 the working environment was not the best.

Cons

Medical, that doesn’t know the trials at all, manage clinical trial team. Flattering them is much more vital to survive in Amgen than work hard.
