      Pros

      Above average pay, 10 % 401 k March, average insurance. 4th of July and Xmas week off, standard 15 vacation days per year, 10 personal days but they don't want you to use them

      Cons

      National sales goals hurt the reps with poor formulary, prior authorizations prevent primary care from using the products, formulary coverage is bad, of you're going to give 10 personal days per year let employees use them.

      no possibility to grow

      Pros

      not too much work. you don't need to be serious about science, so a lot of your own free time with ok salary.

      Cons

      there are so many problems. the biggest problem is there is no way to grow within the company. I feel like this is not a field-leading company.
