      Pros

      Amgen embodies a work-life balance. This the first company that I have worked for that truly care about their employees. The work culture is diverse and we are one big happy family. The managers and all higher ups are down to earth. The pay and benefits are superb.

      Cons

      High work load and and protocols change frequently. However, it's not really a con, as long as you have a work ethic that thrives off challenges. I love it here and wouldn't change it for the world. If it's the Lord's will, I plan on retiring from here. Amgen is not a job, it's a career and I see myself if for many many many years. I feel that all my hard work over the years at dead end jobs have finally paid off. Amgen employees are truly blessed for God given us the opportunity.
