      -Great products and great work -Diverse organization with amazingly talented people; Chances of moving into other roles

      Cons

      - Despite the amazing product line, the work culture really is sub-par. There is no "team work" or a culture to be open to new people. - loudness is often considered to be smartness - management does not hear baout front line staff's problems. Technical roles are filled with non technical managers who do not know how to work - there is no chance of growth, you have to interview for a promotion

      -lack of resources -low company morale -very few opportunities to move around in the company -poor management

      Doing a good job? Tthey'll tell you that you're not. They won't fire you, they'll just humiliate you until you quit.

      Pros

      Good pay. Good benefits. Nice and safe city. Intelligent people all around.Company's mission is motivating (to serve patients). Cafeteria food is great. Nice gym. Laundry service on site (among others).

      Cons

      Poor career development. Poor management. Poor HR organization. Messy, no structure and process in place. Unfair treatment to employees depending how many people you know, and who you know. Promotions and movements not transparent, often given to those who have good connections. Not merit-based. Performance review cycle send lots of people into therapy because they like to put you down until you have no self-esteem left. No positive reinforcement.
