      Pros

      There seemed to be some employees that were there for a while so some people are kept on staff for quite a bit....pretty rare though.

      Cons

      Our team was laid off and during this transition period, the work assigned to us did not align with our core expertise. Instead, we were given tasks that seemed unrelated to our skills and experience, which further impacted our morale and productivity.

      Wonderful growth in experience

      Pros

      During my time at the company, I had the ability to learn the entire cell growth, upstream/downstream and became the site’s leader in final fill finish operations.

      Cons

      Sometimes there would be complications that would lead to much longer work schedules.
