      -if you want to work for Amgen- get a personal psychiatrist/therapist; if you don't have one, you will need one. -working hard and being smart and good person will not get you far; need to be either good friends with your supervisor or their boss or be married to someone in the company or related to someone important. -your superiors will give your wrong/ambiguous advice/guidance and then turn it against you -do not take any psychological tests- they hold it against employees to push the buttons -all depends on the luck that you get with your supervisor and team, but expect just to look out for yourself -open office decreases productivity, very distracting
