Horrible leadership- abuse their employees- extremely closed off hr leaders that refused to be transparent when any staff mistreated an employee. If u want to work where people are kind and warm steer clear from this TA and HR DEPT. they are definitely a process driven environment and do not allow for any learning curve so bring on the judgement and harsh treatment of employees. I saw a manager belittle and mistreat so many staff members the fallout of employees was happening fast and no one would even say a word- the manager gave my desk to another employee while i was working from home on an approved day- when i returned i was not even given my desk back- someone had taken all my personal belongings and no one even apologized. CRAZY UNHEALTHY WORK ENVIRONMENT
