      tunnel vision higher level managers/management, not open to change fixation on "levels" base compensation below average prioritization of numbers and due dates, over quality and appropriateness frequent changing of organizational structure and reporting lines

      High cost of living at headquarters, decision-making concentrated at top (VP+ level) not well delegated, limited opportunity for advancement, increasing sense that Corporate Leadership does not truly value employees, declining employee benefits due to cost savings focus, move to open office environment is distracting; outsourced services do not compare well to insource model regarding quality
