      The people I work with are truly the highlight of this company — smart, collaborative, and committed to excellence. The culture fosters innovation, support, and teamwork, and most immediate leaders genuinely care about employee growth and well-being. It’s a great place to grow your skills and contribute meaningfully.

      Cons

      Some executive IT leadership often lacks consistent direction and engagement. Decisions sometimes feel disconnected from the actual needs of teams, and there's a tendency toward reactive leadership instead of thoughtful, strategic planning. Additionally, there has been a growing shift toward offshoring not just contractor work, but also core IT roles to India. This raises concerns around knowledge continuity, team morale, and long-term talent investment in existing employees.
