Good culture and focus on Work/Life Balance. Fortunate to work with people who care about wellbeing outside of work.

Cons

Low increase in pay over time with company. If I wanted a raise the best way would be to get a new job

Work-life Balance, 401(k) double match, Time flexibility to work, Two shutdowns a year, Great annual bonus

Cons

Base pay might be lesser compared to other companies for tech but the overall compensation comes up around the same figure
