Pros

I love the positive culture and values. They have excellent benefits and salary with a great annual bonus program. Highly recommend. Love the flexible schedules and ability to work remote.

Cons

They are doing a lot of lean efforts which help the business, but mean lots of cut backs and they are scaling back geographically, so no more opportunities in Colorado and Washington for now.
