      Great culture. Compensation is good. Strong sense of mission and ethical business. Everyone you work with is great and supportive.

      Cons

      New process for managing employees day to day activities is very micromanaging. Expect to work some Saturdays or minor holidays as assigned. Must be willing to relocate in order to move up to management.
