Pros
Monday to Friday shifts in local branches with the occasional weekend. Quick to promote if all metrics met. Overtime offered. Commission given if licensed.
Cons
Representatives aren't trained properly, minimal oversight on quality of work at all levels; management included. Regardless of prior experience in same field and licensure you start at the 'bottom.' Recommendations for process improvements are largely ignored. Do not treat everyone equally. Too few employees. No exit interview. High level of stress to get things done quickly. Care more about selling products than the caliber of work.
