Pros

Benefits, company culture, profit sharing bonus.

Cons

Low pay, no work life balance, hybrid 3 in 2 out. Short staffed so over worked and underpaid.

Pros

The pro’s of this job is the pay is well and you will have great benefits to use when the job starts to impact your mental health.

Cons

The work load is crazy. You will be working with a caseload of over 230 claims and expected to meet metrics that are unrealistic if you do your job correctly. You will also constantly work overtime to try and stay on top of work but will not be compensated for it due to being salaried. They will also say your on a track for promotions but will never promote or allow you to move to a different location once you are based in AZ. Hopefully that aspect changes as the manager is no longer with the company.
