      Pay, benefits, hours, great location, free parking, hour long lunch, customer service, 401k benefits, great core values at the corporate level, great contests, employee engagement

      Cons

      work-life balance, ethics, training, leadership is very unstable in what the goals are, high volume of work, working Saturdays, no development of new employees, not interested in new business but rather just sticking to "Amica" kind of business
