      Pros

      Great benefits. Mutual company, so not chasing stockholder demands - never had a layoff. Defined pension AND matched 401K - really!

      Cons

      No stock options or get rich quick terms, but you'll be treated fairly.

      Pros

      Helpful, Amazing benefits, great staff, beautiful office. I have never felt more at home at work before. This is a place employees looking for a long term career should come! They want you for life! They pay for training, with a great starting income, and also pay for Insurance School/Licensing, they welcome you even without prior Insurance Experience.

      Cons

      Training could be slightly more organized as far as who is taking vacations when, and what will be discussed while trainer is out. For a person who came from a different field, it can be a bit overwhelming learning everything, and having some stability would have made it a bit easier, but overall I am impressed and satisfied.

      Pros

      Excellent training. The best benefits Ive seen for a mid sized corporation ever! Success sharing bonus is nice. Co workers are down to earth and fun.

      Cons

      Should open the door for more senior reps on the front line to become managers without the pressure of having to be mobile
