Amica is a company where you can grow a career in ways you wouldn't expect. You can start out servicing customers but with it's strong promote from within philosophy it is common to end up in a completely different department, building a new skillset if that's what you are looking for. If you are willing to work hard and be open-minded, Amica is a place you can build a thriving career that lasts decades as demonstrated by the 50+ employees who are celebrating 25 years with Amica this year!

Cons

Amica is sometimes slow to change, however if you are patient, you will find incredible stability and growth opportunity.
