Pros

Time off, time earned, benefits are decent

Cons

Training is short, not structured that well, one trainer in particular talks over you and doesn’t give relevant information. You go on phones feelings completely overwhelmed and lost. The culture is ok but it’s because everyone is miserable

Pros

My coworkers are very friendly.

Cons

Whoever makes decisions for front line employees is very out of touch and doesn’t know what it’s like to be on the phones all day. The goals are unrealistic, our systems or not reliable. We are expected to handle 20 or more states AND sound knowledgeable…. Having a bad day or feel sick well you can’t use PTO with out being penalized. Want a promotion? Well it’s not possible unless you are perfect. Oh they also expect you to take 20 calls a day and only follow up on files with 45 min of your day. It’s not possible.
