      Pros

      Steady job, decent benefits, you actually get aid time.off and overtime is always available (although very short hours) and you can potentially work hybrid.

      Cons

      1. They threaten your job by using pto or sick time with a 'dependability' tracker. Sick? Got covid? Or need to take a personal day and use time? If the board is closed you are penalized. 2. No yearly pay raises, they do a performance review which has to do with how many life policies you get transferred. If you don't meet the goal or fall short you get a few cents. No yearly inflation increase.

      Good company, tough job

      Pros

      Good pay, amazing benefits, ability to work hybrid or work from home. Company does provide a lot for you. Company provides opportunities for additional training and certifications.

      Cons

      You will be overworked. Lack of consistency in processes.
