No working culture, Employees are asked to stay after 07 pm as the HR director is in office. As she comes late & leave late. We are not security guards madam. You should come to the reality check. No holidays ; On festivals also the corporate office is open even; if it’s holiday employees as asked to come on alternative Saturdays.. Poor management, No working culture, Packages are offered below your current CTC. . No leave policy.. if u take leave its a crime.
