Salary is a downside, not many facilities to the faculty in terms of employee benefits.

No doubt , policies and Infrastructure of Amity university are world class.

Cons

Unfortunately few persons at higher level are not good at all. They violate the policies according to their convenience and try to put blame on faculties only. In present days salary is also low as compare to some other good Institute. In nutshell, founder of this University is Good, but higher authorities above faculty level are not taking care of academic environment, and faculties have to face only these persons.
