You will screw your career joining this company.. I can say atleast for kolkata.

Cons

- Company don't give bonus - they didn't gave appraisal for 2 yrs 2020 & 21 - Didn't gave Earned Leave for 1.5 yrs around 27 leaves or 15 days salary -cheat on maternity leave and give for 3 months only - Decisions made over tea meeting between family members of top management and other seems to be clueless

Cons

These people spoil and retard good students too! Will get nothing fruitful, not even support from faculty. You will forever regret joining Amity.
