Hi Friends. I have joined this company few months back. I am having 2 plus years of experience in international BPO. After working here i feel US Recruiter profile is very professional as compared to BPO industry. Here i am getting good salary and very good incentive depending upno the closure which i do. in coming years i see my salary graph is going very high. I have planned to stay with this company for long duration.
Cons
We have very few female candidates. Its very hard to get female staff in night shift.
