      -Love my working environment! My team is fun and dedicated. -Hybrid and flexible work schedule. I feel secured in a healthy work-life balance. -Benefits are great. -My manager is compassionate and motivates me. -There are many opportunities to grow within to make contributions/ work on projects.

      Cons

      -No matching 401k -It is a smaller company so some processes are a little outdated or we have limited resources -Reporting through management can be complex

      Work/Life balance and Time Off Policy Experience

      Pros

      I've been employed at Ampere for over 2 years. Due to a recent personal family situation, I got to see first hand just how much Ampere steps up and helps. I had to be out of the office unexpectedly due to a death in the family. My team and HR support made sure work wasn't something I had to deal with at all so I could 100% focus on my family during a very difficult time. It's one thing to read about great company benefits but it's another to actually experience them in action. It speaks to the culture of the company and how much people care and respect one another.
