      A Great Place To Work

      Pros

      The people at Ampere are top notch. Highly innovative and passionate about what we do. The culture is inclusive and collaborative all the way up to the top. The work we do is important to our customers and I feel like I have a hand in shaping the future of cloud computing. The pay and benefits are very competitive

      Cons

      The company is only 5 years old and so there are some growing pains in terms of lack of internal processes, but things are constantly improving.
