      Good company to work for, need to do better to reward existing employees

      Pros

      Good culture, nice hybrid work environment, nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Poor reward for performance, prefer to hire externally over promote from within, unfairly pay new employees more than existing ones. Need to keep up pay given lack of equity comp. Poor growth opportunities for a startup since they prefer to hire externally over give opportunities to existing employees.

      Pros

      The start up culture is still going strong The level of reach and impact from my role far exceeds previous roles at other companies Huge amount of responsibility and a supportive leadership team, especially when things don't go according to plan Working with smart, hard-working, innovative team mates

      Cons

      With large roles and responsibility comes the stress of making fast decisions without all the data.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      You get to contribute to the latest technology that the server industry is working towards. Good benefits in terms of pay, leaves and medical insurance. Management is very keen to make sure you are comfortable while delivering good results.
