      1. Exciting, Challenging work 2. Good collaboration with technical peers 3. Almost zero politics 4. Good, Focused Leadership Team with loads of experience in server 5. Competitive overall compensation, but can be better w.r.t peers in the same market

      Technically, No Cons. Non-Cash compensation should be much better.

      We have great leaders who have been in the industry for some time who bring their subject matter expertise and experience to build this company. We run like a start-up but we have large company experience which enables us to be methodical on how we scale. I feel confident the company will have a bright outlook
