      Leadership knows what they are doing. Product fits a market need. Equity offered to all employees. Culture is collaborative, supportive, and scrappy.

      Cons

      No 401K Match. No ESPP since we're private.

      - Lack of process can lead to extra work - Amount of work can feel overwhelming at times (still good work-life balance though)

      Best Team Ever with SO much opportunity

      Not only is the work itself incredibly satisfying, I get to work with the best and brightest of the industry. It’s a we (not me) culture. The collaboration, leadership, and transparency make Ampere stand out from all the rest.

      There’s so much opportunity and potential to learn and grow and do, you want to go for it all.
