Pros

Nice people working in production

Cons

Management sucks! To much mandatory overtime. Claim you get every other Friday off. Rarely happens. Low wages.

Pros

New facility, decent benefits, OK pay. Plenty of work and opportunities for improvement.

Cons

There is a vast cultural difference between the headquarters in Michigan and the employees in Arizona. Their management style leans towards micromanagement and if you're a "Yes man" you will survive here. The facility is small and there's not much room for advancement. There is a certain clique in the salary group. If your not in, you're out. Seems to promote the inexperienced.

Pros

The people are fantastic who work here! Often coworkers would support each other to achieve goals. Despite company shortcomings

Cons

There were NO women in management at the branch where I worked - this is a huge issue for this company, they are trying to make amends for this but I fear that the culture of the company needs to change for this to occur. Certain managers tend to have aggressive management styles which may work for some, but others such as myself resented this about the company. The responsibilities of the job should most certainly correlate to a higher pay check, as the plant is severely understaffed resulting in a less than ideal work/life balance for salaried employees. 50-60 hour weeks were not at all uncommon especially at the "end of the month" as goals were not properly planned throughout the month so they all needed to be finished at the end of the month to achieve deadlines.
