Some of the people are amazing. Benefits are Okay. Most of the managers are easy going about flexible work times.

Cons

Management does not take care of the long term problem employees. They would rather see an employee with potential leave than take action against one that is a few months away from retirement. When HR was presented with a hostile work environment complaint they turned their head. When the events took place in front of two of the HR representatives neither of them correct the issue. Also for finance it was required to be available on all holidays and some weekends.
