Pros

Good pay. You are able to work on projects in between work orders. They will usually buy parts for non-emergency projects. Paid vacation after a year. 13 paid holidays a year.

Cons

You may never get on the shift you were hired for. Someone with more seniority can bump you to get your shift ( this happens mostly to first shift workers ). The new plant is poorly designed so you may have to walk a long way to get parts. Little engineering help, expect to design things yourself.
