Proximity to home, busy place not much down time, not micro managed, coworkers are all really nice and helpful, always willing

Cons

Too many chiefs, there are alot of lifers there and sometimes they do not always look to the future and change does not seem to be taken well, so many are set in their ways

The actual work is easy, but still not worth being hired here unless you are related to management because you will be treated poorly.

Cons

Everything else Management, extremely underpaid. They work you like a slave. They do not care about their employees. They use a temp service do you are always replaceable. NO room for growth so dont waste your time.
