Business Outlook
Pros
Environment and the people are great. Managers & Directors are very supportive and open to new ideas. There are yearly raises and vacation time increases with years of service so it's great as a long term job - which is why typical employees have been there for 10-20 years.
Cons
Company policies are very strict in terms of work hour flexibility, vacation days carry over. Not everyone in management agrees with this but the policy is enforced by the General Manager. Pay seems a little below average.
