Pros

Good company to work for with a very comfortable environment to grow. Both individual and group work required and expected. This gave a wealth of knowledge.

Cons

Sometimes the leadership doesn't give enough direction, and interns are left to find work to do. Although not always the case, it would be better with more of a strict schedule.

Great experience for exposure to the sales world. Wear a lot of hats and develop many skills in areas you normally wouldn't.

Cons

Month to month numbers are everything. They are almost like a big accounting firm, product became irrelevant for me.
